First check that on all computers the guest account is set to active.
After doing so try to access your computer from one of the
other computer by using the windows explorer. Tye in the

Here is my situation...
I have 2 computers connected with a wire.
The desktop computer connected to DSL and to the laptop.
Both computers work on the same work-group and can access the internet.
I can access the shared files and folders on the laptop from the desktop, but no the other...
I would suggest first to see if it's set to Ad-Hoc mode instead of Ifrastructure.
Set that the server will apply an IP address to the laptop.
Have you tried to run the PCI card software (Belkin in your case) ?
