I actually play bass and I like to record onto my computer. I "borrowed" my schools sound card. It's by Audigy and it's called Audigy2 ZS Platinum Pro... The package comes with a sound card and an external connecter to plug in to. I'm not sure how much this will cost you but I would doubt it...
Yeah, I've done that but when I type in the IP I get no setup page because there is no connection to the internet. Also, I'm not using a CD, all it has on it is how to hook it up but it came with a manual I was using instead.
