Just note that the card running the slowest will set the clockspeed - so theres no point having one super overclocked card and one normal card.

Thats completely WRONG. The rating system is simply designed so that its easier to tell the difference between processors in the SAME category, for example Socket 939 Athlon 64s. They can not even be compared with other platforms of the same manufacturer, for example Socket 939 and Socket 754...

Processor :) I would recommend a Dual Core, maybe a 3800+? Or you could overclock the 3200+, that would help :D

Yes it can, using Apple Boot Camp.

Its unlikely to break your card. Its normally very conservative with the speeds it gives your cards, but depending on what your running at the time it can give you different speeds.
