It's overkill but it'll work.

It all depends on what needs to be done on the spare monitors. Theoretically, you could do 2 or 3 outputs off a motherboard and use a USB video output to the 4th. If you use something cheap like a 13400 with a decent IGP you can use Quicksync for the OBS encoding while outputting to 2 or 3 monitors.

You are choking that machine by using 32bit as it has 8GB of RAM. You should do a fresh install so you are able to utilize the full amount of RAM available in that computer with a 64bit OS.

It's bypassing trying to boot into Windows and instead trying to boot from PXE LAN. Disable that option seen in your 3rd pic. You need to match SATA/AHCI and Legacy/UEFI options with the old machine you cloned from.

If your PSU is modular get a cablemod cable specifically for your PSU that will be a 4 8pin to 16pin. Do not use the angled adapter.
