I've seen that before but it says to restore the registry to a known operating state. But this error sometimes occurs right after a fresh formating and installation so really isn't one. Could there be another reason?

Is there such a thing as an internal USB splitter? I want to connect a USB port on the front of my case and a mod device that requires itself to be plugged into the usb pins on my motherboard.
I have one 120mm intake and one 120mm exhaust fan on my case. My question is my case came with a 60mm side fan (right in the middle), will this side fan affect my case air flow? Should I use it?
