hi, ive modded like 5 xboxs with the ndure soft mod for splinter cell before. Its suppose to work with Dash 5960. My friend bought an xbox off someone and wanted me to soft mod it.
i checked the dash version. ok. i put in splinter cell. it wouldnt even boot the game or any other form of disc...
ok it works now and ive got it all hooked up right. unfortunately, now all it does is make a very long beep sound.
Ive looked up the post error codes but i keep getting different results such as power supply is broken or not connected properly to mobo and mobo short.

i really like shenmue and i think its a great game. But after i played the 2nd one and the killer guy gets away in the chopper i thought that ruined the game.
i tried installing the ram again and nothing happens. I noticed that where u plug the 4 pin connector to the mobo theres a black cap and i removed it and i found out that theres 8 pins. I have that cable with my power supply and i plugged it in now.
