Make sure you get modular, and 16GB ram is overkill, get some nice 8GB kit 1600MHz or 1866Mhz with nice timings.

Real? It has water its real, it just not a custom loop kit. That kit with push/pull performs on par with the Noctua NDH-14 which is considered on of the best air coolers. Hell even my 920 is not that far behind a "Real" custom loop from Rasa which costs even more.
