it does it on every site i go on :( it never used to do it! it dont do it to my mum or anythin just me :(

but then it wont move :S if i paste it on paint :S

but its not just giffs though its everythin else i dont wanna save it as a bitmap coz if i save a giff as a bitmap it wont move anymore :( and i dont want that to happen i just need to know how to change it :S coz i have no idea and its a pain!! :(
