or if i click on my Internet Explorer icon in my Taskbar, a new window wont open up in full screen. they open up in a real small screen, so i have to manually open them to full screen. anyone know how to fix this using Vista Home Pre off a Dell notebook thanks

dont know what the heck happened, but whenever i use to hit Fn Page Up or Fn Page Dn, a volume meter would pop up and show me exactly how loud i have my computer turned up but now it doesnt do that anyone have any ideas how to get this back. its been a couple weeks so i cant do a Restore point...
