Nice, for future reference, put the cpu+heatsink on the mobo then the ram on the mobo then the mobo in the case followed by drives, hdd's gpu and psu mainly put on the cpu and ram first other stuff isnt as important

There are programs specifically designed to run on USB just google it "xnview portable" brought quite a few returns for me try it

Oblivion and Fallout 3 are both made by Bethesda (if that relates to anything) and I remember when I played Oblivion, it would crash constantly I believe it's more the game having bugs than the rig itself

the cm-690 case has alotta space and is tool less however its a dust magnet its a mesh like covering all around the case so i hope you have alotta dust off cuz i have to clean mine very often
