Well I mean it's always good to have items that can be upgraded in the future, just makes things easier and cheaper but anymore with any of this new stuff for the most part all of it will be upgradeable. I just thought that I would try to help you save some money if you didn't want to spend...
Punissher, that looks just fine but seems like a bit over kill for the work you will be doing on it, but if that's what you want it will run clean and for what you want to do will be an easy task.
From experience I wouldn't buy through Tigerdirect unless it's your only option.
I also would get Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
instead of the kingston.
i've had both, cable and dsl. for the most part in my experiences you do get what you pay for (speed 1mb,2mb,3mb) whatever it is usually is right around what you pay for. with cable i've noticed there might be an hour of slower time when "everyone on my grid" is online. other than that no problems.
There are many ways for good wire managment. There are kits, called sleeves of many colors if you want to decorate your machine up. Or you can go the cheap way yet still effective of zip ties as I use.
Newegg.com - Thermaltake A2379 Black Cable Sleeving Kit - PC Tools
