My laptop is wireless and has been for some time. But for the last few months when turning on my computer. I have to disconnect from the router and then reconnect to gain access to the internet.
Can anybody help or have any ideas?

My computer has gone very very slow and I cannot use the start button or the task bar as it seems to be frozen, not sure if there is a virus on the computer or not.
I am trying to restore but not sure how to restore without using the start button.
