Ok, to start off I need a partition creator that i can boot from. it can't be a floppy disk, must be a cd. I need it to be able to create a new partition without erasing the info on the hard drive. Does anyone know what software i need to achieve this? Thanks

yeah ive done that, it boots the hard drive i just cant get it to boot from a cd. But the bios recognizes the cd drive on power up... it just wont boot.

My computer will not boot from a cd... i have set the options to only boot from cd and nothing else and it gives me a PXE ROM error then it says please insert a system disk. The disks I tried were windows vista and windows xp pro. Motherboard: MSI P695 Neo, Processor 2.13 core 2 duo E6400...

I have a processor thats 64 bit compatible but what is the difference between 32 and 64 bit for windows vista?

ok so i got a new harddrive but i still have my old one, i want to clean windows and everything off of it, and just use it as storage. When I delete the partition what should i set it to NTSF or something else?

oh but my system temp is 32 C

i dont think so the only fans i have are on the side of the case and a cpu fan.

its a cheap case... it has 1 fan on the side i just got up to 47 a min ago should i get a new fan?

Ok, so I finally got my comp up and running and decide to play some games. The temperature alarm starts going off... I have a Core 2 Duo 2.13 GHz and I'm not over clocking or anything using the stock fan I'm getting 44 C is this something I need to worry about or should i just ignore it?

hey, I recently put together a computer with a MSI P965 Neo Motherboard, Patriot Memory 1 GB (2X512) 667, GeForce 7300GT, 250 GB SATA harddrive. The hard drive has nothing on it and I am trying to load windows on it, but when i boot up, it won't boot from the disk and gives me the folowing...

yeah i just ordered a new drive... i was really tired when setting it up and as usaual doing a **** poor job oh well at least it was only 80 gig

i just got a new motheboard and it was different from my old one and dew to me being a little tired accedentily put the ide connecter in the wrong way and pushed 1 pin in, in my hd and dvd burner anyway to fix this?

duel core? if the duel core processor says it runs at 2.13 GHz does that mean that counting two of them it equals 4.26 GHz or does it just mean they run at 1.65 GHz each?

this is prolly a noob question but if i get a new motherboard that supports DDR2 ram will my old DDR sd ram work?
