Line up the holes in the motherboard with the holes in the case, screw in the metal stand offs, set the motherboard on the metal stand offs, screw screws through the motherboard into the metal standoffs. Just look at it and it should explain itself.
Just because you have one good rosewill PSU doesn't mean it's a good brand. I'd never plug a PSU that is known to die into $1k+ worth of hardware just to save $50 now.

Vista doesn't crash a lot. It's tough for a product to get out of a bad light with the misinformed public when it was so riddled with errors when it was first released. All those errors have since been ironed out and it is extremely stable.
Getting the bracket off isn't hard. Razor blades FTW. Getting the adhesive off is another story though. Does anybody know if it will void your RMA if you leave the adhesive square on the mobo when returning it?
You can put that in any ATX case, so yeah the sagitta would work.
Of course you could put it together yourself. It's not as difficult/intimidating as it seems. As long as you have a well lit workspace and stay organized it's extremely easy. The majority of the parts will only go in one way...

Not worth it IMO. What is your budget and what are you going to mainly be using it for? I'd go with something like this for casual gaming/multi purpose.
