um get an Nvidia 7800GTX or spend 80$ more and get the Ati x1800xt which is better than the GTX

Ok I dont have a problem now but if I ever do in the future, how do I load new BIOS into a mobo. For example if the mobo didnt post ( black screen ) then how would I load new BIOS ?
