This one seems around your price range and supports the processor and RAM and video card you have chosen.
From what I can tell, the case and motherboard are incompatible, the motherboard is ITX whereas the case supports ATX and Micro ATX. Either change the motherboard or change the case. ITX is usually used for small form factor PCs.
The only thing I can think of is to remove any other devices that may be plugged in like flash drives or DVDs (but yours is stuck which may be the issue.). Does your computer have a caps lock light? If it does, when it is turned on, see if it blinks on and off when you are pressing the caps key...
Yeah, I did some research and I found varying opinions but it seems the general consensus is that 32-bit OS's can support 4 but only 3 is useable so, thanks for the input guys. The thread can be closed.
