For port 88 you must fill in the blanks with: External Port: 88 Internal IP: (IP of your PC/XBOX. You should give it a static IP) Internal Port: 88 Protocol: UDP The same for all other ports mentioned. Here is a tutorial I found on google. Hope this helps.

Don't get a Rosewill PSU, get one from a reputable brand like corsair, antec, etc. Regarding the HDD I would get the Black series instead of Green, the green was designed for low power consuming therefore it has the least performance.
