hey guys i have this spare computer and ive tried turning it on but it starts making this "printing sound" like if its printing papers constantly..i get no response on the monitor either. before getting this problem i had blue screen of death on startup. what could this problem be? please help!

so in other words the gigabyte card should work with my computer? i read that 2.0's are backwards compatible so im guessing it should work on my x16 slot..thanks.
o ok thanks once again..does the gigabyte graphics card's fan need a seperate power plug or something? or does it run the fan once its attached to the express x16 slot? also even tho its express 2.0 it will still run on my 16x slot right??? thanks alot!
