Today I was just playing wc3 then my mouse stops responding and the computer starts beeping and keeps doing that, so i unistalled and reinstall the driver and now the mouse doesnt even move at all. I check for device manager and it doesnt even detect the mouse what should i DO?

You can check if you installed your drivers by going to My computer> right click properties > hardware > device manager The ones with yellow question mark means it hasnt been detected or installed

after you format comp did you check all drivers installed proplerly? my computer > right click properties > hardware > device managaer and check it make sure your netword card is installed if further problems contact your internet company

have you scanned your comp for any viruses? worms? trojans? maybe that could be the thing slowing down your comp, did you download anything? Also try doing disk defragment, it will make your PC slightly faster its in programs> accessories>system tools
