Most "Modem's" ISP's give out do not have built in routing features and theirfor this likely won't work. + Any of the modem / router combo's that ISP's actually give out are too weak for handling 10 PC's.

You can try to block the PC from accessing internet in the router, this is the best way.

The only reason I would ever need it was for DX10. Besides that I dont give a rats *** about vista, at all.
