I grew up addicted to video games. I liked to spend all my weekends at my local internet cafe playing world of warcraft, counter strike, and etc...but it never affected me in a negative way, well i'm still addicted to video games and i haven't recieved any negative effects. so i think it depends...

I downloaded a free web template and extracted the files. Now, i have "Index.html", "style.css", and some "PSD" file. I've already pasted the index.html into the notepad and started editing it around to fit my needs, but what do i do with the other ones? are they needed in some way? when i click...
