All I can find out is the mobo was built by ASUS for HP and there isn't a lot of documentation available for upgrading BIOS, processors, etc. ASUS doesn't have the info on their website and neither does HP. Will never buy HP, Dell, etc again. Don't care for all the proprietary secret stuff...

No I'm pretty sure the video is using the AGP? slot. Not sure of the model but pretty sure it is Nvidia

I found the xp 3200+ that CompMan suggested is still available, but want to make sure it will work with my mobo.

I have an HP Pavillion XL866 Desktop PC. It has an Asus A&V-VM mobo and a AMD Athlon 1.1 GHz processor (Socket A). What is best processor I could buy to get the most bang for the buck. Thanks.
