so i think that ur 512 stick has 16 chips on it ( check if it has chips on the both sides ) & each1 is 32MB ..
so may b 1 of them dun work ... so if ur stick is under warranty i prefer u check ur seller 2 replace it
or try another 512 stick & it will b clear

my problem is not that i c 2 CPUs ...cos i know that it is natural in HT...but if u have the CPU & udun c 2 CPUs so go & check the BIOS ...u must enable the HT
the problem is how 2 make them both work...
as the others sais NTFS has extra security options such as permissions and file encryption/compression ...and also it is faster many times in defragmentation ... but u can format the hard as FAT32 & install windows & if u dun like it u can simply convert it 2 NTFS without formatting ..just open...
u have 2 put ur CPU ext Freq on 133 ..it is the standard 4 this cpu cos the 2200 AMD freq is 266..
when u put 2 RAM sticks with differant freq ... they will work with the lower 1 ...& u can run the 333 if the 2 sticks r 333 ...
1- 2 get the same or better performance ...i tried most of the main boards & the most 1 that i liked is the ABIT 4 the AMD ..
2- dun overclock it .. u dun need that 4 ur usage & u will not get so much differance ..
3- the 333 is enough 4 u ..
4- ur game dun need an upgrade 4 the VGA card ...

if u have the Win Me & the Cd is bootable u can format ur C partition ...
but as u boot with the CD-rom support go 2 the CD rom & enter the installation folder of the winME & u can format it ...
u can reinstall the win me without formating ( if u have no Adwares or viruses ) it will b good if...
get the AMD Sempron cos it is better than Celeron many times & the price is nearly the same ...

check if there is above the option of the 1st booting device an option 4 other boot devices ...some manifaturers has this option in their motherboards 4 USB or SCSI boot
whenever i install an intel CPU with 800Mhz FSB & Hyper Threading Tchnology ... its natural that in the device manager window i'll get 2 CPUs ...
but when i run many programs 2 try the PC & i look at the CPU usage ...one of the CPUs usage is 100% & whatever program i run ..the other CPU usage...
