It seems every time I play a video from like putfile.com or other in Firefox, it plays the sound very loud with static and then my system sound gets knocked out. I can't hear anything from any applications until I restart my computer.
And it might not be just in firefox...it happens often but...

the processor runs comparable to intel's 3.0 ghz...its because of the shorter pipelines (right word?) that allow it to the same info in less time or something :) i've been out of this awhile

update* i have installed the ethernet drivers so I at least have internet...and downloading video drivers right now
i guess then all fingers point to the dvd burner? i cant seem to find the pioneer drivers..just firmware

yeah the lanparty utility cd is the motherboard cd...has the usb drivers, etc...
i have the system booted up to the desktop and i try to install but the cd never runs...thats my problem right now

I keep getting this line across the bottom of my screen on my iBook G4. It goes away once you adjust the screen a bit upwards. It comes back when the screen is pushed back down or you push on the sides of the monitor. I've searched for a contact email at apple support but cant find any...what...

it works and all, except its just a small bar in the middle of the iframe, and was wondering how i can resize it to fit the whole area it did without the iframe

hey, me an a friend both have iBook G4's w/ bluetooth running Mac OS-X ..and are wondering how we would be able to send messages back and forth, something like AIM or MSN Messenger preferably, over the bluetooth network...we've paired them but arent sure exactly what to do or if there are any...
