I have a friend who is having trouble with her laptop. Ever time she logs in to her computer she gets the error message "The User Profile Service failed the logon. The User Profile failed to load." Any suggestions?

I was planning to Step up to an 8800GT from my 8800GTS 320 this weekend and I kinda wanted to get the KO or the SSC edition, but it wasn't an option on eVGA's site. They only had the 8800GT. Is that my only option? I would prefer to have it pre-overclocked. What's the deal?

I didn't even know about the recovery disc. How do I create one? If I can't get the recovery disc, I can always go home next weekend and grab the image I created of this hard drive with Nortan Ghost.

Nope to the SP1 Beta. I really think that it is some sort of virus/malware. The problem is I can't install any kind of antivirus to check the **** thing. I can't even use TrendMicro's HouseCall or Bitdefender's online scanner. I'm beyond screwed at this point I think. :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

It seems like it's just any exe in Normal Mode that won't load. Last program(s) I installed was probably Steam and Azureus.

I got a friend with a computer problem. Quite often (6+ times today) his computer screen randomly goes blank. The computer is still running, but the screen is blank. I haven't had a chance to run over there and check event viewer for any errors. Any suggestions of possible solutions?

Well, I'm new to XP x64 edition, so I didn't know there was an SP2, if I did I would have slipstreamed it in the first place. The weirdest thing is it installed on my friends computer with the same OS, the only difference is he has an AMD CPU. Not like it would make a difference, but still weird.

Try turning your system on with only one stick of RAM, then if it doesn't work switch the stick out for the second one. You could have a bad stick of RAM.
