would a 350W PSU work for this or should i go bigger because once i get the Ultra back this will just be a backup and I just need something that can run the system

From everything i have read Newegg.com has a great customer service. Been reading alot of reviews on parts lately and anyone that said that something arrived DOA they have no problem getting a replacement.

One of the best boards i have found is the Intel D955XBK Extreme Series. Has everything you are looking for I believe and i picked up a sealed one off of ebay for about $85 (US) shipped.
I've thought about that but would really rather not do that just incase i ever decided to get a new case. Not to mention with the luck i have had w/ PSU's i would rather not superglue a light to that.
