Run the memory test and see what happens. If this shows no issues it could be your pc overheating. How long ago since a good clean out inside? And it could be a faulty power supply, you cant just assume that its ok. The best way to confirm this, is to buy a cheap PSU and test it in your PC

Change the wireless channel on your wireless router. And then wipe all settings of the orginal network off your laptop. Your neighbour might have got wireless and its now clashing.

At first glance it looks like a motherboard issue. If this is the case, it isnt a quick fix. All your data will still be intact though. Reseating the RAM modules may help. Give that a go.
