I want to disable safe mode on Windows 8. But you don’t know how to do it.
Strange question or wish and even stranger answers.
There is no way you can disable it, you can only hide this option. I do not know why you should hide this choice for yourself. Also, it doesn't make sense to hide it from other users, because anyone who knows anything about a computer can restore it or run it in another way, such as using cmd.
In essence, Safe Mode means what Windows services you allow to run when Windows itself starts and means absolutely nothing else.
This Option makes it simple, You can start only all important sevices with one selection and one click. And all others will not start automatically. That's its meaning.

Use the Windows + R keys to pull up the Command Prompt.
Type in “msconfig” and hit Enter to display the menu.
Choose the “Boot” tab.
Uncheck the “Safe boot” box if it is selected.
Restart your computer.
