Hi, my name is John and I have been retired for 14 years, my first computer I purchased was 5 years ago and I enjoy using it very much, most of the time using Photoshop as my hobby is photography.
Unfortunately, my technical capabilities are rather poor and when I encounter a problem and try and sort it out myself, I finish up in more trouble than I started with!
I hope someone is going to help me with a problem I have at the moment, so I am off to find out where to post a problem I have with a computer running a free upgraded window 10 machine.

Many thanks folks for your very warm welcome its much appreciated.

I did look around the various forums to see where to post my problem, but I came to the conclusion that I may have joined the wrong website because I could not find any reference to computer repair, so as not to make a fool of myself I decided to hold back.

After reading BK123 advice I will post my problem there.
