For SSD I mean get a machine with it installed already. So Windows would be installed on that and any games/media stuff can be stored on the hard drive.

You can buy an SSD from amazon and switch it out.

That would not be feasible for this case. Not much computer knowledge, so finding the OP a machine that fits his needs with little need to fuss with it the better. I'm not saying that he COULDN'T do it, but to move the OS from one drive to another (IN A NEW MACHINE) is pointless.
