Windows Freezing

I have a problem where my pc starts freezing its so bad that i need to do hard restart my pc and that happens when im using some apps like Game Maker Studio 2 I am using Windows 10 pro all updates installed GPU Amd Radeon r9 370 series amd drivers also up to date

How much RAM do you have installed? Have you tested it?
