online webinar recording software for Win 10

In the wake of C-19, my wife is stuck studying from home. She has some online webinar to attend. She would like to record these on webinars as the recording will not be available for download.

Does any one have any recommendation for some realtime video and sound capture software? She want to record the lecture.

I'd say OBS is the big one now; it's what streamers use for Twitch - but you can also send it to a local file instead of a streaming service.
