how to run app. without admin rights?

hey guys. On our school's computers I can't run an application without admin password. I cant even right click on logos. Can anyone help me out about this issue?

Could be a program limitation, i.e it needs to access something that the OS won't allow a standard user to access. Could also be a limitation imposed by the school. In either case (and especially seeing as you're on a school computer) I'd say it's not going to be possible to change.
