Hi,

I am looking for a software (freeware preferred) which can work as a WSUS server installed on Windows 10 Pro, pulling updates from Microsoft WSUS in our data center and deploying the updates to the LAN computers at a remote site?

...you are best sticking with WSUS, the free alternatives aren't great, and aren't usually usable over LAN.
