I will be needing this laptop for school. Thank you so much!

There is no way they can be compared because they are so different. In addition, the configuration of the HP Envy x360 15 can be very different. You can only compare if there are two very specific things.
Even if you go and buy the HP Envy x360 15, you don't know exactly what you will got.
One thing is for sure - Samsung Notebook 7 Spin is not very fast. There is too slow processor.
If you're really interested in my opinion, I must say - I wouldn't buy either.
