actually yes everything from corsair is.. well made, but not good... some of their ram actually has bad timings.. 3-4-4-8, 4-4-4-12, I mean, no one would use that ram in a gaming computer...
Their quickest stuff I believe is 2-2-2-5, and 2-3-2-6... The lower the numbers the better, you typically want to search for ram timings that start off with the number 2.

What's the T1 mean?
 
I'm not sure actually, but I think it only has to do with corsair ram, so I don't think it's all that relevant in choosing your new ram.
