Which 256 stick, and exactly what do all of the numbers past the CAS latency mean, if they are all low, is that good?

That one seems to be good, although anything from corsair is good.

actually yes everything from corsair is.. well made, but not good... some of their ram actually has bad timings.. 3-4-4-8, 4-4-4-12, I mean, no one would use that ram in a gaming computer...
Their quickest stuff I believe is 2-2-2-5, and 2-3-2-6... The lower the numbers the better, you typically want to search for ram timings that start off with the number 2.

What's the T1 mean?

I'm not sure actually, but I think it only has to do with corsair ram, so I don't think it's all that relevant in choosing your new ram.
