Will this power my new PC?

Performance Series 550W PSU

I know many told me not to get this power supply, but I went ahead and got it. I haven't got the rest of my parts yet, but please tell me that it will power my system well.

AMD 64 3200+ Venice
MSI Neo4 Platinum
1 GB (512x2) OCZ Platinum Revision 2
500 GB (250x2) SATA
Rosewill Case
7700 CPU cooler
Vf-700 VGA cooler
6800 GT PCI-E

The rails are strong, the stats look great, but still everyone hates. Why? And please don't tell me that I ruined my system because that would ruin my day.

1.) it will power your PC
2.) i'd never recommend anything like that though
3.) the rails are PEAK rails, rosewill uses generic power supplies (no brand) so they may be operating at 16A @12V and reaches 34A for 5 seconds and drops back down and rosewill rates it as 34A@12V, although it really should be like 18A@12V
4.) why in the WORLD did you get the neo4 platinum? you got all the parts you need for decent overclocking and you get the neo4 board? shoulda went for the DFI lanparty

other than that it's fine

btw, the Antec TruePowerII which is ACTUALLY 24pin, which is recommended for all pci-e boards is 100000000000000x times better than this rosewill crap and only costs like $15-20 more
