What DVD burner to get?

I am buying this TV tuner:

and I am having troubles deciding what burner would be the best to buy. All I am trying to do is record shows and burn them. Also I can't afford a burner over $50.

I have a NEC 3540 and it's very good. I reccomend it. It's quite a fast burner and not too expensive.
