what kind of computer should i build for under 1200 dollars? i am planning to use it for gaming and home use. can you please list the hardware i should buy. thx alot

monitor: you might find a good deal on a 21" at a swap-meet, ive seen a 21" Sony Trinitron (they had it working) for $400 ($aus)

if you want a good case, you might want to look at a Thermaltake Lanfire case (if you have a big wallet) which has good, and silent cooling.

no dont do 64 bit just do 32bit theres no sensce in a 64bit there arent many 64 bit aps maybe like 2 OS's and like 6 apps including servers

64 bit isn't going to matter for a long time, there is no point in wasting the extra money for it.
