My computer specs are in my signature, but the one thing you'll notice I didn't buy was a sound card. I've heard from some friends recently that a good sound card will dramatically increase the FPS in some demanding games (because it will take care of the sound and let the processor and video card do there specific stuff more quickly). Since basically all I use my new computer for is gaming, I obviously want the best FPS rates I can get. I don't care a ton about sound quality, and I have a home theater so I'm definitely not gonna be hooking up 7.1 to my computer. I just wondered if you guys thought it would be worth some money to get a pretty good sound card. I've heard that the Soundblaster Audigy ZS 2 is really good, and it's only about $85.
