sound doesnt work all of a sudden

help me my sound doesnt work idk what happened all of a sudden the sound just stopped working

cssk8er312 - we need more info to help u. Sound just deosn't stop woking(it might, but its not likely). You had to do something to make it not work. Cause and effect.

Do u have a sound card or is it an onboard sound?

Did u install a new driver something?

Yup, do need more info, like the OS etc.
Have u tried the sound volume control, try reinstalling sound from device manager
If its XP and nothing works, u could try restore.

-try to reinstall the sound/audio codecs(device mgr) in the safe mode

Yeah reinstall OS then se what happends if ur using onbord sound now get a sound card........and on another note i can do a 540 flip :-D
