Samsung and SimpleTech

I'm purchasing more memory for my computer (PC800 RDRAM, upgrading from 256mb to 512mb and I already know I have to buy two 128's instead of one 256 to do this). Anyway, are the Samsung or SimpleTech RAMs reliable? They're the cheapest ones on the market, and I'm told to avoid cheap.
