I have a Samsung ML-1710 printer. Eveyrtime, that I turn it on or try and print, it makes a clicking noise for about 15 seconds. When I took the paper tray off, it seems as though the roller is getting stuck. If I tap it, it makes one rotation, then continues to click. Since Samsung was no help, hopefully I can get some help.
