Hello all. We have several network printers at our business and we were thinking about eliminating one printer and then moving another printer to that area so that we can discard one printer. The printer than we want to move in place is a Ricoh Aficio 2075. I was wondering if there was a way so that when a certain employee prints a job, he has the highest print priority so that other users don't interfere with his job when he is printing out publications. I know you can manually set the priority for each job when it spools, but wondering if there was a different way to set it automatically. Thanks!
