My newly built pc sometimes goes into a loop when i turn it on. I press the button it would go to the screen, where it says abit, press delete to go into bios etc. and it would restart. The way i have found to getting it to stop this, is to turn it off by the power supply, and turn it back on. I would have to do this a couple of times for it to work, but how do i stop it from doing this.
Also sometimes, after a few restarts, the screen would go blank and the motherboard speaker would make a siren noise (high, low, high, low) I have not left it on to see if it ends, as it gives me a headache.
