Here is what I am trying to do. I would like to take some of my old VHS tapes and burn them on to a DVD. I also need a new computer. I was wondering if there was a video card that I could input video either by Co-ax or preferably RCA. Also what software would I need to do this. Please don't let this turn into a fight between ATI and nVidia fans. I'm just looking for a good card for under 100. I'm not going to be playing games on it so card memory isn't huge. Thanks for your help. Also the specs for the computer I am getting is below. I'm not going to change anything other than the video card so don't try and sell me something better.
