Question about laptop

I have a HP Pavilion ze4315us laptop and have a question about the bottom. I have two doors one is for the memory and another is more square and doesn't have anything connected but theres a slot for something to go there. I was wondering if anyone knew what it was for? The closest I researched was a modem slot but I already have a modem on my laptop. Please someone let me know what it is.

Your users manual should tell you exactly what it is for, I'll do a little research and see

I found that it is used for wireless mini pci cards. Its used for wireless networking or a modem. Very small and flat. Thanks.
