PC second time booting problem

Dear All:

I have a PIII 450Mz PC with orignal Intel motherboard SE Bx440.
The problem that i am facing now after 5years, is that my pc works fine after 1st boot when system is cool. But after 2nd boot or restart, my system stop booting and get hanged.
But when i restart my system next day it boot like it had never any problem.

At what point does it hang?

Just before the BOIS check i.e- How much RAM installed on my system.
Some time it shows the error SPD data not found.
But I have use a software to check my SPD ram data and all data is there.

I would reset(clear) your BIOS.

I had tried before to update the bois version again. I it will also wouldn't works. Currently iam using Phonex v1.7 from Intel for se440bx-2 motherboard.
