new mainboard?

Hey guys, i have a Asus Azv8x-LA mainboard right now with a 3000+Xp Athlon, and i want a mainboard with a 16x PCI-X on it, i also want a mainboard that can support a 64 bit Amd Athlon processor, any suggestions to a good mainboard, and im not rich, im willing to pay some decent amount, but i dont want a super expensive one or a super junky one. Has to be ATX form factor. Thanks!

sorry to dissapoint you, but there isn't one such motherboard in existance at this time
pci-ex + athlon= nope
not yet, they're developing one, plus, they will prolly be upwards of 150-200, so you would pay quite a bit when they come out
