New Hard drive - simple question

I just installed a new maxtor 200g hard drive, and when I look at the drive information it only displays 189g. But when I go to the drive properties, the exact capacity is something like 203,342,543,234 bytes.

Is there a way I can make it so that it says 200g?

203,342,543,234 / 1,073,741,824 = ~189

No, it's stuck at 189GB, but that is to be expected of any "200GB" drive

This is because all disk manufacturers measure 1mb for 1000kb and ot 1024, 1gb for 1000mb and not 1024.
Same with flash cards.
